Hartley C. Bishop, M.A.C.P., is President of Chamberlain Hart Enterprises, specializing in project planning and goal achievement.

Among Hartley's clients have been hundreds of individuals and businesses including the International Office of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., U.S.A. (KPMG), The State of New York, and Books Are Fun, a Reader's Digest Company.

Hartley has a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Emerson College and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Norwich University. She writes on relationship, business and film.

Hartley lives in the Midwest and is married to the man of her dreams.
